What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, operational leadership, product management, or project management
Strong project management skills
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in software development
Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Microsoft SQL, and Adobe Creative Suite
