COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay:$25-$29/hr • Full-time, Contract, Not Eligible for OT hours • Monday–Friday, standard business hours

ROLE IMPACT The Contract Recruiter supports assigned business units through full lifecycle recruiting — from requisition intake to candidate placement. Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver qualified talent efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruiter plays a key role in ensuring staffing alignment with organizational goals during a high-volume hiring phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage a requisition load of 15–20 openings while adhering to established recruitment processes • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create postings, and develop sourcing strategies • Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with minimum qualifications and cultural fit • Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring decisions • Source passive candidates through social and professional networking platforms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy under deadlines

WORK ENVIRONMENT • Current office located at 2477 Deerfield Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29715 • Office relocation planned for late June 2026 to 13034 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Charlotte, NC 28277 • Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed Resume • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) • HRIS platforms and scheduling systems

PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience recruiting in corporate or shared services environments • Knowledge of compliance and EEOC hiring practices • Proven ability to source and attract passive talent
