A growing public accounting firm in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our team. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, hands‑on audit experience, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAS Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements Perform audit testing, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations Coordinate and perform inventory observations Supervise, train, and review the work of audit staff and interns Communicate with clients to obtain information and discuss audit matters Identify audit issues and research applicable accounting guidance Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and deadlines Assist partners and managers with special projects as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required) 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience (required) CPA license or active CPA candidate (preferred) Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
