Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex

Tegrity Contractors is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and government construction projects throughout the DFW metroplex. This role is responsible for jobsite safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets plans, specs, and schedules
Enforce safety programs and OSHA requirements
Coordinate inspections, schedules, and daily field activities
Maintain quality control and manage punch lists
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
Must be willing to travel 90 miles from our office
Qualifications
5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent
Experience on government, municipal, or public-sector projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standards
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
OSHA 30 and Procore experience preferred
