Responsibilities
Lead performance improvement projects for a defined population within the employer's Revenue Excellence team
Utilize performance improvement methodologies to identify gaps and recommend solutions
Manage vendor relations and support revenue cycle functions across the region
Analyze data, identify root causes, and present findings with actionable recommendations
Serve as the primary contact for Regional Health Ministry and Patient Business Services managers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle, project management, or consulting within healthcare
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting systems, insurance issues, and healthcare industry trends
Proven experience in applying continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Familiarity with contract negotiation and regulatory language
Excellent organizational and advanced analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence outcomes
