What You’ll Do
Create and manage sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
Administer data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Receive and process commercial sales calls, quoting general pricing and assisting with complex service needs.
Support the sales team with contract administration and document management.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow‑up.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) proficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
Reliable, team‑oriented self‑starter with a service mindset.
