Regional Client Success Lead is responsible for supporting client relationship management for our regional accounts. You will work with a talented team to manage client portfolios and projects while driving growth, strengthening relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across our services.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong client relationships that support revenue growth and retention.

Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality service delivery while identifying expansion opportunities.

Guide and support a team of account managers, helping with client retention and project oversight.

Research and evaluate opportunities for client expansion using data‑driven approaches.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and align our solutions with their business needs.

What We're Looking For

Experience in client services roles with success in managing business relationships.

Background in team leadership or mentoring.

Experience in the IT or technology services industry.

Client services background with consultative approach and business development skills.

Good level ofais English.
