Join us as an Executive Assistant in Memphis, TN and play a pivotal role in supporting global Orthopaedics sales and marketing leadership. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate international meetings and travel, process expenses, and prepare materials that keep our teams connected and aligned. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates initiative, and ensures operational excellence across multiple regions. What will you be doing? Provide daily administrative support to Global Marketing, Sales & Commercial leaders, including scheduling and preparing documents Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements across multiple regions and time zones Prepare meeting agendas, correspondence, and follow-up actions using tools like CoPilot Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, confirmations, visas, and related documentation Prepare materials for commercial reviews, business updates, and global team meetings Act as an administrative bridge across multiple functions to support cross-functional collaboration Coordinate global franchise meetings such as Global Summits, Roadmap Workshops, and Advisory Boards Track budgets, monitor expenses, and process expense reports, vendor forms, and compliance documentation Support creation of dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership meetings Maintain organized files, shared drives, templates, SOPs, and document libraries Duties expand to include specialized administrative support for product-focused and regulated business operations. What will you need to be successful? Minimum of a high school diploma or post-secondary education. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a global organization. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be able to independently create Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, maintain SharePoint sites and compose routine correspondence Ability to make travel arrangements, including international travel, and follow-up on details Experience coordinating large scale meetings and off-site customer conferences Highly organized with consistent follow-through Ability to work without supervision, while exercising sound, independent judgment Highly flexible and adaptable; ability to shift focus and priorities easily and quickly Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required
