Role Description
This is a full‑time
Vice President of Revenue / Senior Sales Leader
role based in Orlando, FL (hybrid / remote with travel as needed).
This role is responsible for driving new revenue growth for Vectorshades by developing strategic client relationships, expanding our presence within the steel fabrication and construction markets, and leading our sales efforts as we scale.
You will work closely with company leadership to shape our go‑to‑market strategy and will be accountable for building a strong, repeatable sales pipeline. This is a hands‑on role focused on revenue generation, not administrative sales support.
Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, building and managing key relationships with fabricators, general contractors, and engineers, identifying new project opportunities, supporting technical conversations during the sales process, and helping position Vectorshades as a long‑term partner in the market.
Base salary of
$90,000 per year
Commission structure:
2.5% per dramas up to $500,000 in sales , and
5% commission on sales above $500,000
Room for growth in annual salary after annual revenue targets have been met
Qualifications
Proven success in revenue generation, sales leadership, or business development
Strong understanding of steel fabrication, detailing, construction, or related industries
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable engaging with owners, executives, engineers, and project managers
Experience in Steel construction, engineering, or industrial services strongly Sheep
