The selected candidate will actively engage with clients to identify their engineering service needs and provide consultative solutions. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client communication, developing sales strategies, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role also involves overseeing the implementation of business development initiatives to enhance market presence and achieve revenue growth targets.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
