Base pay $65,000–$90,000 per year with weekly draw pay, commissions, monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, and incentive trips.
Position Overview Outside direct sales, dedicated to your own territory. We provide comprehensive training to help you connect with small and medium‑size businesses. Face‑to‑face meetings with business owners, benefits managers and employees to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance products.
Core Responsibilities
Utilize the Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients and expand your professional network.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text.
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads and re‑serve existing clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it each week.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each workday.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain – study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of post‑high‑school work experience (or equivalent).
Compensation & Benefits
