Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level
Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Associate to develop a new book of business in a new territory. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention through in‑person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses.
Pay Range Base salary $65,000 – $90,000 per year. Additional compensation includes weekly draw pay, commissions, quarterly bonuses, and incentive trips.
Core Responsibilities
Use the customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and expand the client portfolio within your territory.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
Attend scheduled calls with sales manager and team, and maintain weekly activity schedule.
Personally visit local businesses, nurture relationships, follow up referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.
Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets and record daily work statistics.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or ability to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (or equivalent sales or athletic background).
