Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented
Account Manager
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or custom product environment, who thrives on building relationships, managing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow account value.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to develop accurate quotes and estimates.
Interpret customer specifications and requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Track and follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into orders.
Custom Product Solutions
Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translate them into viable product solutions.
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure custom products meet quality and delivery expectations.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Project Coordination
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or specifications in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and project details.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in account management, sales support, or estimating within a manufacturing or custom product environment.
Strong understanding of quoting, Š... (равз) and interpreting technical specifications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with engineered‑to‑order or made‑to‑order products.
Familiarity with CAD drawings or technical documentation.
Background in industrial, packaging, or specialty manufacturing sectors.
