The Role The Sales Associate is a
true sales role , not a receptionist position.
You are the
first impression
of the studio—responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering studio tours, and converting prospects into long-term members.
You’ll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you win.

What You’ll Do
Execute the full sales process:
lead follow-up → tour → close
Represent Club Pilates with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
Conduct studio tours and discovery conversations to uncover client needs
Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products
Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals
Support current members with exceptional customer service
Participate in community events, promotions, and special activations
Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback
Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results
Requirements
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
Ability to learn and use CRM and studio software (e.g., ClubReady)
Professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and via email
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts
