The Role This is a
true, in-studio sales role —not a receptionist position.
As a Sales Associate at
Club Pilates Indian Trail , you are the first impression of the studio and the driver of new member growth. You’ll own the sales process from first contact through close, support current members with outstanding service, and be rewarded for results.
What You’ll Own
Execute the full sales process:
lead follow-up → tour → close
Conduct confident, consultative studio tours that convert
Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail
Book and confirm Intro classes and appointments
Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics
Deliver exceptional customer service to current members
Participate in studio promotions and local community events
Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results
Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback

Requirements
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
Ability to learn and use CRM/studio software (e.g., ClubReady)
Professional communication in person, on the phone, and via text/email
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts
