Job Summary The company is seeking a high-energy

Director of Sales

to drive new

shopper marketing

business and expand awareness of its proprietary ad platform across

suppliers and media agencies in the Bentonville market . Reporting directly to the Head of Midwest/West, this role will be responsible for

building and owning the Bentonville territory

from the ground up. Success in this role requires deep supplier relationships, strong new-business instincts, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate with a strong hunter mentality focused on net-new business and account growth

Develop and execute a shopper marketing strategy tailored to the Bentonville/Walmart ecosystem

Position the platform as a must-have partner for suppliers and agencies

Act as the internal Bentonville expert, collaborating closely with Client Services and Creative teams

Build a shopper marketing playbook aligned with platform strengths and retailer priorities

Create and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined prospecting and outreach

Lead solution-based sales conversations tied to brand and shopper objectives

Communicate market insights and challenges back to leadership and product teams

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field

7+ years of experience selling digital media or ad tech solutions

Deep relationships with suppliers and/or agencies tied to the Walmart ecosystem

Strong understanding of shopper marketing, programmatic media, and rich media formats

Proven ability to build a territory and close complex, high-value deals

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
