to develop and implement change strategies for new processes and tools, whilst engaging and presenting to internal/external stakeholders. Our client is a major energy brand with over 100,000 employees globally

Responsibilities The role:
To join on a contingent basis and support global change initiatives. This role focuses on driving adoption of new processes, enabling smooth transitions, and creating engaging resources that help teams embrace change.
1. Change Management
Develop and implement change strategies for new processes and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and minimize resistance.
2. Global Engagement
Deliver clear, compelling messages to global teams and leadership. Create engagement plans that promote awareness and participation in change initiatives. Develop content for webcasts, team sessions, and other engagement formats.
3. Branding & Resource Development
Maintain and update a SharePoint site for team branding and resources. Prepare presentation and campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Training & Documentation
Create user-friendly guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials for process changes. Support virtual training sessions and ensure resources are accessible and effective.
Qualifications About you
At least 3 years’ experience in change management and stakeholder engagement with large share service/procurement. Strong skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint customization. Background in process improvement or project management – Preferred Ability to produce structured documentation and training content. Proficiency of Mandarin/Chinese Language – Preferred

Comfortable starting raak role with a finish date of 31st Dec 2026 - This may be extended but there is no guarantee Monthly rate of between 7500 -8000 MYR is suitableRather than desired.
