What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage District Sales Managers to achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned region
Implement the veterinary sales strategy and sales processes to meet product penetration goals
Coach and develop team members to enhance their business skills and achieve growth objectives
Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company meetings as required while managing budgets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or Animal Science preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with leading multi‑functional teams
Strong business acumen and people management experience
Availability to travel 70% of the time
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience in the veterinary industry or related fields
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
Familiarity with veterinary product lines and sales processes
