What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and mentor District Sales Managers to achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned region
Implement the Veterinary sales strategy and sales process in collaboration with the team
Develop a high-performance team culture by coaching and engaging direct reports
Respond to elevated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Attend trade shows and company meetings, managing expenses and trade budgets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or Animal Science preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience working with multi-functional teams
Strong business acumen with demonstrated people management experience
Availability to travel 70% of the time
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a mentoring or coaching role as a line manager
Familiarity with the Veterinary product line and sales processes
