JOB SUMMARY The Sales Coordinator supports Caesars Entertainment’s business-to-business meetings segment by managing logistics, communications, and branding for site tours and events. This role combines strategic brand stewardship with tactical project management, ensuring smooth execution of customer-facing experiences. The Sales Coordinator works closely with sales teams, colleagues, vendors, and clients to maintain positive relationships, deliver high-quality site tours, and uphold the company’s values and image

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Collaborate with sales team to maintain and manage the Caesars Entertainment brand for the B2B meetings segment

Maintain all information required for customer meetings

Build and sustain a positive public image for Caesars Entertainment

Apply strategic, solution-driven thinking to handle unforeseen situations

Tactical

Promote and maintain positive relations with colleagues, customers, partners, vendors, and distributors

Serve as project manager for all site tours, routing them through Delphi processes until completion

Communicate consistently with CEMs on project progress, challenges, and opportunities; proactively seek guidance and support

Manage projects including site tour elevation event planning, updating property resources/documents, and coordinating logistical needs for ESS meeting sales division

Stay current with Caesars Entertainment news and organize information for easy access

Proactively pursue opportunities for personal learning, development, and growth

Coordinate sales team schedules, manage documentation, and communicate relevant information

Plan and manage all aspects of site tours, including logistics, branding opportunities, and communications

Generate ideas and coordinate site tour elevation (e.g., guest amenity room drops)

Handle site room key requests, pre-inspect rooms, and stage appropriately to ensure readiness

Assist with internal and external requests for site execution

Deliver amenities/room drops when applicable

Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems

Ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials, including updating property resources/documents

Uphold company objectives, ethics, and values

Ensure compliance with laws and policies

Create reports, spreadsheets, outlines, and PowerPoint presentations as needed

Travel occasionally to team events

Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or related field

2–3 years of hotel experience with practical responsibilities

Strong writing and editing skills

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and demeanor

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Conscientious, trustworthy, and dependable

Experience in hospitality, meetings, or travel industry is a plus

Must successfully complete background checks, including:
