DLL invites you to share in our national growth strategy success by joining our Sales Team. We are hiring an Account Manager Retail Sales. This role could cover customers across the United States.
Day to Day
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for the solicitation, marketing, and development of all aspects of new and existing business relationships.
Create, manage and achieve commercial goals
Primary management of assigned territory, increasing business, income, and profitability
Resolve partner issues (pending, declines and deficiencies)
Call / visit current and prospect relationships, selling the DLL value proposition
Responsible for contacting and maintaining the day-to-day activities of the partners on all transactions and initiatives
Signal improvement opportunities during the contract life cycle and introduce new and cross selling of existing products and services to partners
Bring in new relationships by prospecting for net-new relationships and/or collateral types

Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree with insight and experience in the vendor finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets). Specialization in the Material Handling sector/equipment leasing
Coordinates between and aligns multiple functionalities and multiple parties to structure a more complex deal
A risk taker and problem solver who can build relationships and leverage energy and spirit to create a winning solution
Proactive in calling on existing and prospective partners
Self-motivated and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Ability to achieve both individual and team targets
This is a hybrid position requiring both office and territory travel. Depending on residence location, current requirements are 8 days per month in the DLL office with potential of 20%-30% travel on a quarterly basis.

Applicable pay range
$108,443.2 - $162,664.8 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation and other lawful reasons. Actual pay considers skills, experience and other work-related qualifications.
This position is subject to DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It includes benefits such as healthcare, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and other benefits as governed by ERISA plan documents.
