We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our growing sales team in
Arlington, Texas . This role requires a combination of hands‑on sales leadership, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities, Leadership, & Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop members of the sales team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive, high‑energy, goal‑oriented team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Establish sales goals, KPIs, and tracking systems to monitor team performance.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on lead generation, messaging, and customer experience.
Qualifications Required
3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong problem‑solving skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
Preferred
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related service‑based industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Existing connections within the Arlington/Dallas–Fort Worth business community.
