Founded in 1989, AKE Safety Equipment is a market-leading fire safety equipment manufacturer and national sales company with a large network of dealers and sales representatives. We are looking for confident, driven, experienced outside sales reps located in agricultural areas nationwide. Our sales representatives are road warriors, selling STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm-to-farm. Our average Sales Representatives consistently earned $90,816 and top performers earned over $200,000 annually in commission selling STOP-FYRE® (The World's Best Fire Extinguisher) directly to farmers within their protected territory.

Responsibilities
Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers, driving farm-to-farm within a protected territory.
Operate as an outside sales representative, engaging agricultural customers and building relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Work with a high level of autonomy and be a self-starter in a 1099 outside-sales role.
Represent the company and brand in a professional manner, focusing on customer needs and product value.
Qualifications
Many years of sales experience and a proven ability to sell and select strong opportunities.
Very competitive mindset with a drive to win.
Connection to the agricultural community (farm upbringing, farm work, or regular dealings with farmers).
Background in construction and/or excavation or experience selling to the construction industry.
Entrepreneurial spirit with independence, self-motivation, and business-mindedness.
Commitment to helping others; background in roles such as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT is a plus.
Performers who can prove successes, trainable individuals who embrace new ideas, ambitious, independent, passionate, and trustworthy.
