What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory

Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets

Create and pursue new growth opportunities while maintaining an active project deck in CRM

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Lead successful customer contract negotiations and fulfill agreement expectations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience

Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience

Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

High level of personal initiative and ownership of results

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

HVAC/R industry experience, including experience as an HVAC contractor or technician

Proven track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals

Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools

Understanding of concepts related to 80/20 and Lean Management
