What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Proactively identify and solve customer business needs using Dell’s products and services

Understand the channel role in the sales process and articulate customer environment characteristics

Support complex sales opportunities with expert insight and advice

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers

Provide guidance on the applicability of specific technologies to customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Relationship‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of product configuration and understanding of technical products

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a relationship selling role

Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a technology sales environment

Familiarity with various vendors and families of technologies

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Demonstrated problem‑solving skills in a sales context
