- Coordinate schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free job site.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers.
- Manage quality control and resolve on-site issues or conflicts.
- Track materials, equipment, and labor to prevent delays.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction with supervisory experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Leadership: Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to resolve on-site issues.
- Technology: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Certifications: OSHA safety certification; additional certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
