The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, as well as addressing client inquiries and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of commercial lines insurance clients.
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and modifications.
Assist clients with claims and policy‑related inquiries.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely policy renewals.
Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines products (GL, Property, Auto, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in insurance management software.
