Leasing Manager
to support our apartment communities in
Nashville, TN . This is a great opportunity for a leasing professional who loves meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants variety in their workday.

What You’ll Do:
Lead leasing efforts to meet occupancy goals
Train, mentor, and support onsite leasing teams
Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff
Support marketing and collections efforts
Deliver excellent resident service and communication
Step in where needed—no two days are the same!
What You’ll Bring:
1+ year of multifamily leasing experience
Bilingual skills a plus
Weekend availability
High energy, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving
Flexibility and willingness to
