The
Junior Account Executive
supports the sales team by helping manage and grow assigned retail accounts. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who is eager to develop strong account management skills, retail knowledge, and cross-functional experience within a fast-paced consumer products environment. You will work closely with senior
Account Executives
and internal teams to support sales execution, analyze account performance, and deliver a high level of customer service. This position offers hands‑on exposure to the full sales cycle and a clear path for growth into a full Account Executive role. Key Responsibilities
Account Support & Sales Execution
Support assigned retail accounts with sales initiatives, order management, and ongoing account needs Assist in identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts through data analysis and customer insights Maintain accurate account records, sales tracking, and documentation Customer & Relationship Management
Partner with senior Account Executives to support customer relationships and daily communication Respond to customer requests and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely resolutions Escalate complex issues to senior sales leadership when needed Data, Reporting & Analysis
Analyze SKU performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and historical data to support account strategies Prepare sales reports, recaps, forecasts, and presentations for internal and customer‑facing meetings Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Production, and Operations teams to support account requirements Assist with order entry, order accuracy, and coordination of on‑time shipments Identify inventory opportunities to drive incremental sales and reorders Merchandising & Market Insights
Support merchandising recommendations, promotional initiatives, and product assortment discussions Learn and track marketplace trends, retailer needs, and competitive insights Travel & Industry Exposure
Support attendance at customer meetings, trade shows, market appointments, and industry events as needed Qualifications
1–2 years of sales, account management, retail, or customer‑facing experience (internships welcome) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel and sales reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong time management, follow‑up, and attention to detail Eagerness to learn retail sales, account management, and the consumer products industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with order entry systems is a plus What We Offer
