Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with 2-3 days per week. Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Serve as a floater, assisting with various projects and supporting different teams as needed Work on medium to large construction accounts, with a focus on contractors and construction niches Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications/Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working on medium to large construction accounts Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly valued Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred Soft Skills:
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential Work Environment:
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with 2-3 days per week in the office
