Account Manager - Experiential & Brand Activations
Remote - must be living in Ireland | Agency environment
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of clients, creativity and commercial reality.
You'll be the trusted partner to global clients - listening carefully, challenging thoughtfully, and translating ambition into activations that land on time, on budget, and at a very high standard. Internally, you'll guide teams and partners with clarity and confidence. Externally, you'll be the calm, credible face clients rely on.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Building deep, long-term relationships based on trust, delivery and commercial insight
Translating client objectives into clear briefs, scopes and statements of work
Leading agency responses to new briefs and opportunities
Partnering with internal teams and suppliers to deliver complex, multi-layered programmes
Managing budgets, approvals and margin with confidence - without damaging the relationship
Representing the client internally and the agency externally, at all stages of delivery
What will make you successful
3+ years' experience managing accounts in an experiential, events or marketing agency
A natural client operator - credible, sociable and comfortable with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial instincts: budgets, costings and negotiations don't faze you
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
Confident working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Someone who enjoys ownership and is motivated by growth - personally and commercially
