We are a privately owned and operated printing company. Our clients are Fortune 100-500 companies; our main focus is serving our clients. We are a commercial printing company with offices in East and South Bay. We are looking for someone who has talent and is witty, can think on their feet, and has ambition and wants to learn. Having business sales experience is preferred, but what is important to us is talent and the willingness to learn. We will invest the time to teach you if you invest the time to learn. Quality over quantity. Loyalty, dedication, perseverance, and high moral are what we pride ourselves in. We expect the same in you. We are looking to help our inside sales person. Years of experience are not the requirement, but the ability to communicate concepts with clarity and simplicity is. Responsibilities
Provide assistance to our salesperson by attending in‑house daily meetings. Answer incoming emails and phone calls, and write succinct, crisp emails and maintain a great phone manner. Answer questions about in‑house orders and provide assistance with orders. Update CRM records and follow up with customers in a timely manner. Keep comprehensive, accurate, and up‑to‑date notes and tasks. Qualifications
Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. Excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Work under production deadline, reliable and a good team player with a professional, friendly tone. Excellent time‑management, ability to manage deadlines. Smart and self‑reliant, able to read emails, understand and reply accordingly. Ability to work independently and find the best solutions for a problem. Must be able to handle our clients in a professional manner. Detail‑oriented, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Self‑starter and very organized. Internet savvy and deep knowledge of social media. Good interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to work without direct supervision, flexibility and creativity. A great note taker, fast, comprehensive, accurate notes. Have a good attitude and outgoing personality. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus Benefits
