Job Summary
CAD Drafter for a growing commercial construction fabrication company near Canton, GA. This role is responsible to create drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Microvellum. This is a permanent opportunity to join a growing team.
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of drafting/design experience
Microvellum drafting experience
Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Solidworks)
Familiar with Millwork, Metal Fabrication, or Architectural drafting
Location: Canton, Georgia
Job type: Permanent
Salary: $50,000 - 65,000 per year
Work hours: 8am to 4pm
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Create drawings and designs using Microvellum to generate quality drawings and plans
Ensure that all drafted materials meet project specifications, deadlines, and regulatory requirements
Clarify design, build, and install requirements to resolve technical issues
Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and schematics created by drafters
Qualifications
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 2 years of experience
