Administrative Coordinator For Workshop Scholarship In Sound And Image
Term position: March 2026 - July 2026 Average weekly hours: 3 hours per week except during peak period from Mid-May to Mid-June when the average weekly hours can go up to 8 Estimated total hours: 65 This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The minimum starting rate for the position is $24.47 per hour. Core Responsibilities: Process invoices for 16 US and international workshop participants and 2 guest faculty Confirm travel itineraries for workshop participants and guest speakers Manage limited engagement agreements for guest speakers/ mentors (incl. IC worksheet, tax documents, process invoices in Oracle) Support with onboarding/ orienting the student employee who assists the workshop Coordinate on-campus housing for participants and faculty with Language School administration Events management: room reservations, welcome dinner, catering Make arrangements for meals with Dining department Van rental
