Position Summary The Rare Beauty Graphic Designer, reporting to the Associate Art Director, will translate brand standards into visually compelling and easy‑to‑navigate designs across all digital channels (e‑commerce, social, and paid media). Responsibilities Supporting the Associate Art Director in designing, producing, and managing interactive digital content, including email, social media, and paid media assets Concepting and executing designing elements for printed collateral, as needed Preparing concept decks for each project and presenting to all the relevant stakeholders Collaborating with the e‑commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability, website and design standards Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all channels Reviewing website and digital assets to maintain best in class execution Supporting in managing post‑production of visual assets Designing and/or editing video assets Building relationships with internal and external cross‑functional partners Assist with creative production needs for photo and video shoots Other tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field 3+ years proven experience in professional digital design or similar role Thorough understanding of photography, typography and design for print and digital Experience within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries a plus Knowledge of current market trends, cultural insights, and art history Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast‑moving, multi‑tasking environment with numerous deadlines; ability to juggle between multiple projects with strong attention to detail Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines Basic knowledge of design and video software programs, such as XD, Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to adapt to digital asset management and project management software A team player with exceptional organizational, technical and communication skills Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasionally moves product and/or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds across office for various needs Occasionally moves about inside the office to access storage rooms, office machinery, etc. Infrequent domestic and international travel, as needed Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Art/Creative Industries Personal Care Product Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
