Base salary + commission + bonuses (avg annual earnings range at listed amount)

We provide a company vehicle and work phone for on-the-job use to support your daily route
Schedule and Location
Location:
the majority of the time doing in-field sales
Work-Life Balance:

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Start your day by planning your route and visiting customers on-site (~15 stops)
Build relationships, identify needs, and schedule/secure new work
Keep clear notes and metrics in our system and stay aligned with your Owner/Sales team
Wrap up with light admin and prep from the office, plus weekly coaching and support
Traits Over Experience No Sales Experience Required:
No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales background is necessary. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits.
Coachable:
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to follow a proven sales playbook.
Curious:
Comfortable asking questions and focused on serving customers by understanding their needs first.
Detail‑Oriented:
Stays organized with routing, notes, and follow‑ups.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
