Wireless Sales & Customer Advisor Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for business clients exploring AT&T B2B services. Guide clients through product offerings with clarity, confidence, and a consultative approach. Build rapport while driving B2B sales conversions, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Balance client satisfaction with achieving aggressive sales goals and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with Wireless Sales & Customer Advisor teammates to share strategies, refine approaches, and maximize overall team success. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow‑ups to ensure accountability. Represent Nova and AT&T with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in every client exchange. Stay informed on industry trends, service updates, and competitive offerings to remain ahead. Contribute ideas to improve client engagement strategies, demonstrating initiative and a drive to excel.
