We are searching for a Business Growth Assistant to fuel AT&T’s expansion across Fort Myers businesses. In this role, you’ll drive lead generation and help exceed monthly KPIs by supporting closers. We need someone who’s competitive and eager to contribute in a performance-driven, customer-facing setting. You’re expected to nurture relationships and help execute high-value sales strategies that lift the team’s results.
As a Business Growth Assistant, you must:
Prospect and reach out to local businesses to generate qualified business leads. Conduct customer-facing discovery calls and set appointments for closers. Assist in closing by preparing proposals and following up on objections. Execute targeted outreach campaigns and measure conversion performance. Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast inputs. Collaborate with sales leadership on target-based initiatives and promotions. Support weekend/after-hours events as needed to capture new business.
