Core Duties of a Sales Support & Operations Representative
Support customer-facing sales interactions: help qualify prospects and coordinate demos/meetings. Facilitate the closing process by preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications. Drive timely order processing and manage handoffs to provisioning teams. Monitor sales metrics and flag opportunities for fast follow-up. Maintain CRM hygiene and produce activity reports for leadership. Assist with campaign strategy and process improvements to increase conversion rates. Troubleshoot client issues to protect close rates and customer trust. Support incentive tracking and sales performance documentation.
