Customer Relations Assistant
to support AT&T business customers with relationship-focused selling and performance accountability. In this role, you’ll nurture client relationships and help convert opportunities into revenue. You’ll also serve as a customer advocate and revenue enabler — handling client-facing interactions, identifying upsell potential, and working to exceed customer success metrics.

The Customer Relations Assistant must work on:
Engage business directly while building trust and nurturing relationships. Present and sell AT&T service options tailored to client needs, closing service agreements. Conduct proactive follow-ups to retain and expand accounts. Coordinate with technical and billing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Monitor account health and recommend growth strategies. Track KPIs and support initiatives to increase customer lifetime value. Resolve client issues with urgency to protect revenue and reputation. Assist with renewal negotiations and contract administration.
