Junior Customer Account Manager Main Objectives:

Lead from the front by selling AT&T Fiber services directly to customers every single day. Smash your sales quotas so you can look your team in the eye and tell them it’s possible. Manage a small portfolio of accounts while ensuring every customer feels like a VIP. Conduct "on-the-fly" coaching for team members during customer interactions. Run daily "hype" meetings to get the squad fired up and ready to dominate the market. Troubleshooting customer issues with a "can-do" (and "must-do") attitude. Keep a laser focus on your KPIs, because data doesn't lie, even if our coffee machine does. Constantly iterate on our sales pitch to stay ahead of cable competitors.
