ARA is proud to announce its sixth Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders (TREL) program, a dynamic two-and-a-half-day virtual experience designed to expose undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds to the real estate investment industry.
What You Can Expect
Interactive workshops with ARA’s Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Research teams
A keynote conversation between ARA CEO Stanley Iezman and a special guest. Past speakers include:
Dr. Raphael Bostic, President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
Malcolm Johnson, CEO of Langdon Park Capital
Ron Frierson, Director of Economic Development for the Western U.S. at Amazon
Virtual asset tour
Career coaching: Interview prep, resume tips, and networking strategies
Case competition
Who Should Apply
Undergraduate students who will have completed at least two semesters or four quarters of college by August 2025
Demonstrated interest in finance, real estate, or investment careers is a plus
