About The Role COUNTRY Financial is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Administrator - Developer to advance its CRM Major Initiative. The Salesforce Administrator - Developer will be responsible for continually improving, enhancing, optimizing, managing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet business needs, ensuring user adoption, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform supported by proven experience of working on complex, enterprise-level solutions across Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM/Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL and Alpharetta, GA.

Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.
Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards.
Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
Implements software solutions following best practices.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
Expert knowledge of Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM/Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.
Expert knowledge of Declarative Programming and Administration capabilities, including Apex, custom objects, classes, triggers, and web services, visual force pages, reports, workflow rules, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL.
Expertise in DevOps, Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies like ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Gitlab, and CI/CD Pipelines.
Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, Sharing & Visibility).
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
