Design plays a central role in how customers and partners experience Shangri-La. This role offers the opportunity to create work that is seen, used, and experienced daily across retail and wholesale channels.

About the Role The Graphic Designer supports retail and wholesale marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned, compliant creative assets across print and digital platforms. This role collaborates closely with marketing and operations teams to bring campaigns and promotions to life.

Key Responsibilities Retail Creative Development

Design in-store signage, menus, posters, digital screen content, and other retail marketing materials

Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and store openings

Ensure designs enhance customer experience while maintaining clarity and compliance

Wholesale & Brand Creative

Create wholesale sell sheets, brand decks, packaging assets, vendor POS kits, and trade show materials

Support brand consistency across multiple product lines and markets

Adapt creative assets for different formats, channels, and partner needs

Brand Standards & Compliance

Ensure all creative adheres to Shangri-La brand guidelines and cannabis advertising regulations

Collaborate with Marketing and Compliance teams to address regulatory requirements in creative work

Maintain consistency in typography, layout, color usage, and overall visual identity

Production & Asset Management

Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use

Manage revisions and updates efficiently based on campaign changes or regulatory updates

Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with Marketing, Wholesale, and Operations teams to execute creative requests

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Communicate timelines, revisions, and priorities clearly

Qualifications

Three or more years of graphic design experience

Experience in cannabis, CPG, or retail preferred

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
