Job Description Superintendent Opportunity – Creswell School District
Creswell School District is seeking its next Superintendent to lead a strong, stable district with solid systems in place. Located in Lane County, Creswell is just five minutes from I-5 and fifteen minutes from Eugene. With a population of approximately 5,000, Creswell offers a close-knit, walkable community where schools play a central role and are a key reason families choose to live in the area.
The district’s vision,
One Team, One Dream , is evident across the Board, leadership team, staff, and schools. In 2023, voters approved an $18.5 million bond with nearly 70% support, complemented by more than $11 million in state grant funding. Recent and ongoing improvements include a nearly complete renovation of Creswell High School, a new 20,000-square-foot CTE facility, seismic upgrades, and improved athletic facilities. Enrollment is steady, facilities are modernized, and campus climate, culture, well-being, and inclusion efforts continue to show progress.
