Compensation Package
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) + commissions

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of business, focusing on larger group accounts (average size: 100 lives)
Provide exceptional client-facing service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Handle self-funded accounts and other employee benefits-related services
Collaborate with sales teams to quote new and renewal business
Utilize software tools such as Prism HR and Salesforce to manage accounts effectively
Qualifications/Requirements
2-3 years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager in an agency setting
Active Life & Health (L&H) license
Experience working with larger group accounts and self-funded plans
Proficiency in using Prism HR and Salesforce software
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
