The Role
The Paid Search Analyst is a core member of the Unlock Health media team and leads the day-to-day management of performance-driven campaigns. As a Paid Search Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing successful paid search campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the agency and with our clients.
What You’ll Do
Paid search strategy and execution
Keyword research and analysis
Development of campaigns across various search engines (keywords, ad groups, and ad copy)
Optimizations, reporting and insights
Presenting recommendations and reports to clients
Collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders
Keeping up with industry trends
The ideal candidate:
Strong knowledge of the paid search (SA360, Google, Bing) landscape, platforms and best practices
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Thrives in an ever-changing landscape while fostering an environment that allows others to love what they are doing
Has healthcare experience and/or a passion for healthcare industry
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of paid search at an agency
Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building & direct response initiatives
Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources
Enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams
Passion for the digital space
Bachelor's degree required, BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
