Project Coordination: Collaborate with Creative Services, Licensing, Legal, eCommerce teams, and external partners, agencies, or vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
Brief Development: Draft clear and strategic brand and content briefs to guide internal teams and external partners.
Event Support: Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events activations, ensuring brand presence is consistent and impactful. Act as an ambassador for the brand by interacting with consumers, potential partners and customers. Responsible for ensuring opportunities and leads are properly identified, organized, shared, and followed up on. Primary liaison with event marketing agency to ensure seamless event execution.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy for web, social media, PR, product descriptions, and packaging that aligns with brand voice and strategy, to help build brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across platforms, using data to inform future strategies.
Administrative Support: Track invoices, manage vendor communications, and assist with marketing budget tracking and documentation.
Market and Consumer Insights: Stay informed on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity; share findings with the broader team.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree or relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of AX operating system preferred
