What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing firms to enhance product footprint
Identify and develop strategic business cases to support growth initiatives
Create and implement firm activation strategies to elevate partnership opportunities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to execute firm growth tactics
Act as a leader and coach to account teams, fostering engagement and motivation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Eight years of proven sales and financial sales leadership experience
Undergraduate studies in business, finance, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63 licenses
Strong knowledge of the financial industry and demonstrated ability in sales and marketing principles
Ability to lead indirectly through influence and represent the brand effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in financial services consulting or planning
Familiarity with market conditions, legislation, and M&A activity influencing financial sales
Proven track record in managing complex sales management opportunities
