OVERVIEW Working as Full-time Marketing Strategist - Global & Contract Sales Support, you will work on a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment to drive promotion and growth for global and contract sales teams. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with sales leadership, both domestically and internationally, to understand business goals and develop marketing plans that support those objectives
Conducting global marketing research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
Utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize and direct marketing projects
Presenting and maintaining our brand messaging to internal and external audiences while adapting to local market needs
Managing and scheduling internal and external communications across multiple channelsCollaborating with team members for data analysis and research
Developing and localizing marketing campaigns for diverse regions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or a related education
Posses at least 2 years of work experience driving sales growth and marketing strategy within an organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrate a creative mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects with short lead times
Knowledge of print and electronic media concepts
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Exhibit a desire to learn and implement new programs
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

COMPENSATION The base pay range for this position is $52,800 - 56,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
